Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Evaluation Tenders for GCGP, SEMLEP and NALEP Areas

The Consultancy Home Counties (TCHC) invites tenders for the provision of the evaluation of three Building Better Opportunities (BBO) projects from applicants that can deliver an end-to-end service and have existing infrastructure to deliver in the specified Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) areas.

TCHC wishes to appoint an independent evaluation partner(s) with a real commitment to work with us to test, monitor and evaluate our approach to the project and the results/outcomes it will deliver.

There is an opportunity to tender for up to three projects. A tender will need to be made for each project and submitted separately. This is a separate procurement exercise for each project, with the procurement being below the £25,000 threshold for each project. Please see information below for the maximum contract value, how to tender for each project, the guidance and annex documents which contain key information for tender applicants to be clear on before bidding.

If applying for more than one tender you must complete a tender document for each one.

Deadline for applications is 5pm Monday 26th February 2018
