The Consultancy Home Counties (TCHC) is seeking to identify partner organisations that have existing infrastructure within a specific and/or across more than one LEP area and can deliver one or more of the following:

a) Education and skills training (including vocational training and life-long learning) to those in work and individuals seeking employment;
b) Support to individuals seeking employment, including those who are economically inactive, to help them achieve sustainable and quality employment;
c) Support to young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) and help them to progress;
d) Activities to support labour mobility, promote social inclusion and combat poverty.

Northamptonshire NEET Programme Partnership Opportunity in SEMLEP Area

The Consultancy Home Counties (TCHC) are looking for partner(s) to deliver on its Northamptonshire NEET’s programme. The aim of the programme is to reduce the number of young people aged 16-19 (or 24 for learners with LLDD) who are not in education, employment or training. It seeks to improve the education, employability, and personal skills of young people to enable them to progress successfully into work or further learning or apprenticeships. The programme should engage the hardest to reach and improve their attendance, attainment, performance and behaviour to enable them to progress.
