What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us or receive a product or services from us. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

If we process your data for use on programmes funded by the European Social Fund or a UK government department then please see the relevant section below. We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. If you agree, we shall pass on your personal information to our group of companies so that they may offer you their products and services.

How We Use Your Personal Information on ESFA Funded Programmes

This privacy notice is issued by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), on behalf of the Secretary of State for the Department of Education (DfE). It is to inform learners how their personal information will be used by the DfE, the ESFA (an executive agency of the DfE) and any successor bodies to these organisations. Your personal information is used by the DfE to exercise its functions and to meet its statutory responsibilities, including under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 and to create and maintain a unique learner number (ULN) and a personal learning record (PLR). How We Use Your Personal Informatin on Department of Works and Pensions Programmes

The personal information you provide is used for the exercise of functions of the DWP to meet statutory responsibilities. The information you provide may be shared with other organisations for education, training, employment and well-being related purposes, including for research.

You may be contacted after you have completed your programme of learning to establish whether you have entered employment or gone onto further training or education. You may also be contacted by the Department of Works and Pensions (DWP) or its agents, to carry out research and evaluation to inform the effectiveness of the programme. The DWP processes your data under public task and do not need your consent.

Many DWP services are delivered with the help of other organisations, such as TCHC Group and is therefor acting as a DWP Processor.  This means that the DWP is responsible for ensuring we handle your data correctly. If you have a problem or query about how a DWP service provider is handling your personal data, you must contact the DWP.
