Get the support you need to overcome your health barriers and progress into work. 

We offer a programme where the primary focus is giving you the support you need to get into work and kick start your career.  Our Wellbeing Support for Jobseekers provides tailored support to meet your individual needs.

What is the programme about?

It has been specifically designed for those with health barriers to help them meet and overcome the challenges they may face when looking for employment. 

It offers a comprehensive support and skills package including:

  • CV support, development and goals
  • Job search techniques and assistance
  • Interview techniques and skills
  • Mentoring support
  • Well being support
  • Personal development including building confidence, motivation and team working

In addition it offers the following bespoke options:

  • Pre-work placement support - providing specialist support as required
  • Work placement
  • Pre-employment / Full-time education support
  • Job search / application support
  • In work support.

No matter what your circumstances the Wellbeing Support Programme is designed to help you get your career kick started. 

Who’s it for?

This programme supports clients experiencing health barriers who are:

  • Claiming inactivity benefit such as Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support, Employment and Support Allowance or Universal Credit
  • Residents of Essex, Bedfordshire or Hertfordshire

Jobseekers

Please read these Jobseeker Terms and Conditions (“Jobseeker Terms”) carefully before registering to use this website (the “Site”). You should understand that by registering you are confirming your acceptance of these Jobseeker Terms.

1. Information About Us

2.  Definitions

In these Jobseeker Terms the following expressions have the defined meanings:

“Application” means an application for a job vacancy that has been advertised on the Site and/or Jobseeker Services;

“CV Services” is a service which, if selected by the Jobseeker, enables the Jobseeker to make his or her CV available to recruiters who have subscribed to receive CVs by email and/or to search for CVs in our database using various search criteria; and

“Jobs-By-Email” is a service which matches and sends job vacancies via email to Jobseekers who have subscribed to this service.

“Jobseeker” means the person registering to use the Site and/or Jobseeker Services;

“Jobseeker Services” means free job finding tools and services made available via the Site including, without limitation, Jobs-By-Email and CV Services. 

3. Agreement to Website General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

The Jobseeker has read, understood and agrees to the Privacy and Cookie which are deemed incorporated into these Jobseeker Terms.

4. Jobseeker Services

The Jobseeker Services are provided “as is”. All warranties, conditions, representations or other terms that may be implied by statute or common law in relation to the Jobseeker Services are excluded by us to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Job Vacancies

The Jobseeker acknowledges that we are not responsible for the content of any job vacancy advertising and that accordingly it is a matter for the Jobseeker to satisfy himself/herself as to the suitability of the job vacancy and the identity of the advertiser/recruiter.

6.  Applications

6.1  If the Jobseeker submits an Application, the Jobseeker agrees that:

6.1.1  the Jobseeker has read and understood the requirements for the job vacancy;

6.1.2  the information that the Jobseeker provides as part of the Application (including without limitation, in any CV) is a true and accurate reflection of the Jobseeker’s employment, education, experience and training and that the Jobseeker’s personal details are correct.

6.2  If the Jobseeker submits any information in an Application that is found to be false, we reserve the right to deny the Jobseeker access to the Site and its services.

6.3  Jobseekers should note that Applications are assessed by the relevant recruiter and all decisions relating to such Applications are taken by the relevant recruiter and not by us. Accordingly, any requests for information relating to Applications that have been made should be addressed to the recruiter directly.

Employers

These Employer Terms and Conditions (“Employer Terms”) are deemed accepted by the Employer when any Services are ordered by the Employer.

1. Definitions

In these Employer Terms the following terms shall have the following meanings:

“Affiliates” means any holding company of the Company or any subsidiary of such holding company from time to time (and holding company and subsidiary shall have the definitions set out in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006);

 “Company” means the company providing the Services as set out on the Registration Form;

“CV” means the curriculum vitae of the Jobseeker that is prepared and supplied by a Jobseeker;

 “Jobseeker” means a person who uses the Jobsite Network to search for, obtain information about and apply for job opportunities;

“Network” means the Sites and other recruitment websites and widgets operated by the Company, its Affiliates or third parties in partnership with the Company and/or its Affiliates;

“Registration Form” means the form or online registration page completed by the Employer;

 “Employer” means the person, company or firm named on the Registration Form;

“Employer Content” means all or any part of the content and materials (including job advertisement particulars) supplied or made available by the Employer in connection with the Services;

 “Upload System” means the system (if any) made available by the Company to the Employer in order to facilitate upload of the Employer Content to the Sites and includes any Upload System Software; and

“Upload System Software” means any software supplied by the Company to the Recruiter to assist upload of Recruiter Content via the Upload System.

2. Services

2.1 The Company shall be entitled to temporarily suspend or alter the operation of the Services and/or Upload System for legal or technical reasons without prior notice.  

2.2 The Company may in its sole discretion decline to post on or remove from the Sites and Services any of the Employer Content and/or require the Employer Content to be amended at any time if the Company considers that the Employer is in breach of any of clauses 3 and 4.

3. Job Advertisements

3.1 The Employer warrants that:

3.1.1 its job advertisement particulars shall be accurate, honest and truthful;

3.1.2 its job advertisements shall not contain unnecessarily repeated words or phrases intended to cause a false positioning in the search results seen by a Jobseeker;

3.1.3 its job advertisements shall not contain links to the website of the Employer (or any third party) or any job application contact information without the prior written agreement of the Company; and

3.1.4 its job advertisements shall not promote any ‘get rich quick’, pyramid selling or network marketing  opportunities or similar.

4. Jobseekers and CVs

4.1 The Employer shall only use CVs and personally identifiable Jobseeker information for the purpose employing Jobseekers.

4.2 The Employer shall keep confidential and not supply or make available to any person CVs and personally identifiable Jobseeker information that the Employer receives from the Company or any Jobseeker without the Jobseeker’s expressed consent.

4.3 The Employer shall comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and, in particular, shall take all appropriate technical, organisational and security measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss and use of personal data relating to Jobseekers.

4.4 The Employer accepts that it is responsible for satisfying itself as to the suitability of Jobseekers for a job vacancy and verifying the identity of such Jobseekers.

5. Employer Indemnity

The Employer shall indemnify the Company and its Affiliates against all claims, costs, damages, losses, expenses and liabilities suffered or incurred by the Company and its Affiliates arising as a result of any breach by the Employer of clauses 3 and 4.

Forum Rules

  • When registering, a valid email address has to be used. Disposable email addresses are not permitted. If found, we will remove the account in question.
