Setting SMARTer Goals
Once you have decided what you want to do with your career, before you start job searching, set some goals for yourself. This can help you focus on what you want to achieve and motivate yourself to keep going.
Your goals should follow the SMART model. They should be:
To set goals, start by setting large lifetime goals for yourself, and then break these down into small, more achievable goals. Then devise a plan of action for achieving these goals.
