Infrastructure Technician Level 3
An Infrastructure Technician provides IT support to internal and external customers. They solve user problems enabling them to be more productive when using technology in their roles. An Infrastructure Technician is a problem solver and troubleshoots both routine and non-routine issues. They can set up people’s systems and provide support to rectify problems to keep organisations up and running and productive.
The infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship provides a fully qualified and proficient member of staff ready to help IT efficiency. Our training is hands-on in areas such as networking and security, operating systems, mobile computing, server administration, cloud services, scripting, coding and digital business processes
The Apprenticeship includes 25 days of hands-on training with hundreds of hours of online and mobile training content. The Apprentice will also develop their skills on the job through workplace coaching and mentoring, job shadowing and practical application of skills.
Apprentices can be any age and we can conduct free pre-screening and commercial recruitment for new apprentices if required.

Network Engineer Level 4
A Network Engineer’s primary role is to design, install, maintain and support communication networks within or between organisations. Network Engineers need to maintain high levels of operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users, customers and suppliers.
TCHC’s Network Engineer Apprenticeship provides industry-standard qualifications and knowledge in network configuration, cloud, network administration and monitoring tools. This enables a Network Engineer to give technical assistance and advice and guidance to help support businesses IT requirements.
The Apprenticeship includes 25 days of real hands-on technical training in the principles of networking, network systems and architecture, network administration, cybersecurity, virtualisation, data, modelling and algorithms.
Also included are complementary flexible training with hundreds of hours of online and mobile training content. The Apprentice will also develop their skills on the job through workplace coaching and mentoring as well as job shadowing.
Our training offers an immediate practical impact in the workplace.
Apprentices can be any age and we can conduct free pre-screening and commercial recruitment for new apprentices if required.
