This course is perfect those who have little or no experience in using digital devices and need digital skills for life and work.
Being safe and responsible online and on digital devices:
– Gain knowledge in digital threats for security, reporting concerns and digital wellbeing
Digital Devices:
– Gain knowledge of hardware/software, learn how to use digital devices to handle information
Entering, editing and formatting information
– Gain knowledge in different file types & how to use suitable applications with different digital media
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– Create digital media including taking screenshot images, using online images, creating pictures and videos using digital devices
Digital Communication
– Gain knowledge of digital footprints and different types of digital communications
Transacting and using online services:
– Gain knowledge of verification checks and be able to use online forms such as job applications and shopping online securely
