TCHC GAPS provides further education for young people aged 16-25 with special educational needs within our programmes and believe all learning differences should be celebrated and seen as qualities.
Our emphasis is on fostering confidence, independence, and essential life skills for success.
What we do:
TCHC are specialists in supporting learners who require specific approaches to learning and development.
AT TCHC GAPS, the learning experience will be tailored to each individual, ensuring they have all they need to learn and progress.
We support young people into learning independent living skills like cooking, travelling around safely, work experience and money management as well as educational qualifications.
Who do we support?
TCHC works to effectively include learners with complex needs. We have the facilities and expertise to support learners with special educational needs.
We embed preparing for adulthood objectives to support individuals developing their independence.
